1. Obtaining and completing application form:

• You can directly come to our office during working hour, Monday through Friday from 08:00 – 17:30 and Saturday, 08:30 – 12:00, or by asking our Customer Care to send the application from to you via facsimile.
• You can also fill the application form through Online Registration facility on CBN website at the following link here
• Or you can also come to the Tenant Relation at your residence to fill the application form (for you who stay at an apartment).

2. Registration payment methods for your convenience:

• Cash , you can pay directly in our office.
• BCA and BII ATM:
  • Enter your BCA ATM Card or BII ATM Card
  • Enter your PIN Number
  • Chose TRANSAKSI LAINNYA (Other Transcations)
  • Choose PEMBAYARAN (Payment)
  • Choose INTERNET
  • Choose CBN
  • Enter your Customer ID (for new registration, your temporary Customer ID is 88888888) and then choose RIGHT (Benar).
  • Enter the amount to be paid and then choose RIGHT (Benar) button.
  • The transaction has finished.
  • Before faxing the ATM slip, please write down the name of ATM account holder and CBN account holder on it.
• Bank transfer should address to PT. Cyberindo Aditama, BCA Cab. Kuningan, Jakarta. Account Number: 217.300.249.1. The copy of transfer slip should be attached along with your application form
• Credit Card, please attach the copy of your credit card (2 sides) along with the application form.
• Internet Banking BCA, Please attach your Internet Banking transaction slip along with your application form. Before faxing your Internet Banking slip, please ensure that you have written down the name of Internet Banking account holder on it.

3. Submitting the application form:

• You can directly return it to our office,
• You can send it through facsimile to (021) 574 2481 along with copy of your identity card and payment slip.
• You can return it to Tenant Relation Officer at your residence along with copy of your identity card (KTP/Passport/KIMS) and payment slip (for you who stay at an apartment).
