Depends on the technology applied within your shopping malls, CBN might provide a modem throughout subscription period and the types of modem used will be subjected to CBN’s policies. There will be no other settings required and you may instantly get connected to the Internet with unlimited service package plan.

For some service package plan, we provide optional modem upgrade to support your instant WiFi environment. However, we strongly encourage customer to have a password protected WiFi connection to prevent any authorized access from neighbors and intruders.

The modem should there be any, belongs to CBN and shall be collected back by CBN Engineers upon termination of service through equipment dismantling visit.
