For XCESS Dedicated Connection, you have to make sure that you already have the necessary communication link.

1. Request the Registration Forms to Corporate Account, whether by coming to our offices or requesting by phone or fax. The form will then be sent to you by fax or e-mail. The Registration Forms Include:
   • Registration Form
   • Local Area Network Information Form (2 pages)
   • Connection Testing Form
2. You can fill up the registration form in our offices, or send it by fax during office hour to:

3. In 1x24 hours we will send you the Information about parameter needed for CBN LAN connection (IP addresses, subnet mask, gateway, DNS, dial number and username/ password).
4. We will then give you 2x24-hour trial period to perform all necessary tests and applications in order to determine the quality of our service.
5. Should you were content with our level of quality and decided to use the service, we will immediately begin the registration process as follow:
   1. You will need to send us:
      • A copy of the company's tax paying license (NPWP)
      • A copy of Identification Card (KTP) for the Terms and Conditions signee, which will need to be above or at the level position General Manager
   2. We will then send you the following documents to be signed and legalized:
      • Statement of Account (Invoice)
      • The original Registration Form
      • The original Terms and Conditions
   3. Please return the above documents back to us.
6. We will send you the copies of the documents once your account has been activated.
